General Features

Fixed some issues with person relationships recording

Fixed issues related to saving new persons with defined relationships, and in certain cases, the initial relationship being entered was ignored.

Implemented auto-unlock on close

When closing the Gnosis client software, it now removes any remaining locks on events, communications and other areas currently locked b y the logged in user. A prerequisite for this is restricting the system to a maximum of one simultaneous user per login name. Contact Support if you are an admin and wish to set this restriction on your system.

Updated Notifications Area

Real-time notifications are now supported in a revamped Notifications area. Messages from support regarding system status information are now also fully implemented.

Added re-processing of failed credit cards (for cards on file)

In batch management, if a credit card on file fails processing at authorize.net, you can now re-process the card in the batch management flags area.

Added option for pay type for bulk imports of invoices

When adding invoices in bulk through the invoice entry screen, you may now specify a payment type and batch number for imported payments rather than assume the payments are credit card types.

Updated security for QuickBooks Online Integration

QuickBooks Online Integration (Beta) has updated security options.

Batch Rollover Issues Fixed.

Issues with certain batches not auto-rolling over correctly as a result of i correctly sensing enpty batch records have been addressed in the 1.3.40 release.

Details

Added the option to generate multiple types of PDF calendars that are created instantaneously with full up to date information when requested by the user. PDF calendars can adopt any design and/or content as designated by the event administrator.

Sped up calendar display by an order of magnitude

Calendar images are now loaded instantaneously rather than one by one after the calendar page is loaded. This results in a much more snappy calendar page experience for users.

Fixed an issue with multiple zoom meetings for an event

Fixed an issue where under some circumstances, Gnosis would create two Zoom meetings for an event, making the meetings list at Zoom.com confusing.

Event Venues now immediately available

When adding a venue in the event management screen, it now immediately becomes available to use wihout reloading event management.

Profile Form/Completion before registration

Event management now has the option to enforce completion of a spoecific form or profile prior to being allowed to register for any event.

Improved Website Calendar Format

An improved web calendar format is being rolled out through July. This new format improves mobile layout and the presentation of information in the calendar popup "windows".

Fixed some web based reporting issues.

Fixed an issue where some reports when run via the web instead of the client were running into issues.

Calendar Design Updates

Modernization and improvement to the calendar page design is rollowing out to all sites in the first half of August.

Event Calendar now supports events in different timezones.

Events in different timezones now display with appropriate time details on the calendar. In-person events show in the time-zone of the event, whereas on-line events display both the local time and the time in the timezone of the individual viewing the calendar.

Details

Web portal calendars may be auto-generated by the calendar page with zero-maintenance and no monthly uploads of PDFs. You may have multiple versions of the PDF calendar corresponding with different locations and/or event categories. See the linked help center article for more information.

Added Form Signature & PDF Saving

Online forms may now be signed by the visitor with their actual signatiure rather than simply saving their initials in a text box. The complete form is then saved in their document profiles with their signature and proof of execution.

Improved functionality and layout of "Upcoming Activities"

A new layout has been applied to the Upcoming Activities form to support added functionality options, including registration cancellation.

Added sign-in using phone number & pin option

The system now allows sign-in using a person's mobile phone number in preference to email address with confirmation pin sent to phone and/or email.

Added Resource Management Features

Resource management in the Contact Management tab has received some enhancements in this version. Resources can now be recorded along with permitted volumes and periods for recipients to allow you to easily determine eligibility for receipt of additional resources. Fixed Contact Management Reliability Issues

Reliability issues in Contact Management in the 1.3.39 release have been fully addressed in the 1.3.40 update.

Added release version of Hiring Event Kiosk

This version includes the released functionality of the Hiring Event Kiosk. The kiosk supports the setup and management of hiring fair operations, packet distribvution and attendee scanning. It also manages the list of employers and employer contacts for use by the employer interview web kiosk.

Fixed Hiring Event Packet Copies

Fixed the number of copies configuration so that attendee packets can be correctly printed.

Merged all Hiring Event Registration Configuration

The Hiring Event configuration for Direct registrations and Third-Party API registrations is now merged into the one Hiring Event configuration

Hiring Event printing improvements

When printing and previewing single packets, the preview/print now completes without having to press additional buttons.

Hardened Hiring Event Kiosk Functionality

The hiring event functionality has now been optimized with errors addressed and speed imnproved.
