Released Navigators Home Page replacement
Replaced the Gnosis Navigators setup with a new modern Home Screen layout. This is the first in a series of application redesigns.

Fixed a problem in the previous release whereby the Gnosis screen would get "bouncy" when the flashing notifications message icon was present on the top icon bar.
