The profile form now has a field for preferred language. If you need to add additional languages to your list, please contact Connect4 Support with the request.
Preferred language will be queryable to alow multiple messages in communications to be targeted to the correct audience.
Additional support for language preference (on the web and in queries) will be added in the coming weeks.

The person profile form now has a field for Pronouns. This support will also be rolled out on web forms in the coming weeks as an option.

When scheduling anything in Gnosis and setting the time for the schedule recurrence, Gnosis will now use the assigned location time zone for your system rather than the local time zone set on the computer doing the scheduling.

There were a couple of places on the web portal where the names of deceased family members were being displayed. This has been resolved to prevent any deceased person from being publically displayed.

Gnosis now includes a beta of the first of a planned series of AI features - The AI Support Assistant. To ask any question on how to find or use a feature in Gnosis, click on the new yellow/blue chat help icon in the top right hand corner of Gnosis Pro.

Fixed an issue that would occur on closing of a child form (such as invoice details from the person form) where it failed to re-activate the parent form.

With the increasing number of locations used to capture new person records, this can be useful to better understand where individual records originated.

This version of Gnosis includes provision for an updated main menu navigator with a new look and feel. This change paves the way for some additional new features to be announced in the coming months. To turn on the new main menu, switch the "Try New Navigator" switch in the top right-hand corner. This switch option will appear in your system soon.

On the person form, when a person's DOB has been entered, the Age Group option is replaced with the person's actual current age.

External browser windows are now managed "in-app". These include email Communications item edits and forms management. This change was made to prevent new unwanted plugin tabs from appearing.

To undock any window from the main application menu and place it side-bo-side, double-click on the child-window in the Windows list box in the left bar of the application.

This enhancement allows the display of a QR Code for any page on the participant portal.
The QR Code may then be scanned using the camera on any computer tablet, and handed to a participant so they may complete forms on the page where they are automatically logged in with their own profile.

Fixed issues related to saving new persons with defined relationships, and in certain cases, the initial relationship being entered was ignored.

When closing the Gnosis client software, it now removes any remaining locks on events, communications and other areas currently locked b y the logged in user. A prerequisite for this is restricting the system to a maximum of one simultaneous user per login name. Contact Support if you are an admin and wish to set this restriction on your system.
