Following the initial release of the Gnosis ADAPT V4 Report reflecting the 2026 ADAPT modifications, four subsequent report updates were released to address individual service count scenarios as they were identified. While these updates have corrected the scenarios identified to date, we are still actively working through a small number of  affected items, namely First Time Attendees and the DQ Report. You may run Gnosis ADAPT V4.5 for review purposes but we recommend waiting for our confirmation email before running a final Q2 report and submitting data to HQ.
