Hello ,
I'd like to take a moment to connect more personally this time around - as at least at one point in time, I have connected significantly with you or other staff in your organization; many of you know I try to keep things real and open. And, we are still a family business and our family is grieving just like any other family. So we thought it time to just be open with our extended family, our clients.
The 2026 ADAPT Modifications have not rolled out smoothly within Gnosis. Headquarters did their part in working with us in 2025 to begin preparing and we felt we were adequately prepared coming into 2026. Unfortunately, I had to take an unexpected personal leave during first quarter which affected rollout prep. Our team was just getting back up to speed following my leave, then our devasting loss of Steve. While these circumstances impacted our timeline, we also recognize the impact these delays have had on your teams. We assure you we are committed to each and every one of you; we are working through everything.
As many of you already know, the CSC model allows each of your organizations to manage your program with a great deal of autonomy. Your C4 Support team remains committed to accommodating that autonomy while making it all reportable in an extremely complex, network-wide report.
Thank you to the Network Partners who have taken the time to work with us through the many scenarios impacted by the 2026 modifications. Your questions, testing, and real-world workflows have been invaluable in helping us identify the different ways services are being tracked across organizations.
To wrap up, the Gnosis ADAPT Report v4.4 identified an additional reporting scenario requiring modification, and so this is your notice of a new Gnosis ADAPT Report v4.5.
