ADAPT 2026 Modifications

PLEASE CONFIRM ALL NECESSARY STAFF HAVE RECEIVED THIS EMAIL. NOTIFY BY REPLY HERE IF ANY STAFF SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE ADAPT MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONS LIST.

Please review the Gnosis updates related to the 2026 ADAPT modifications outlined below.

IMPORTANT:

? SUPPORT HAS UPDATED ALL CONTACT MANAGEMENT SERVICE TYPES; NO ACTION IS REQUIRED FROM YOUR STAFF AT THIS TIME.

? PROGRAM STAFF SHOULD BEGIN USING THE UPDATED CONTACT MANAGEMENT SERVICE TYPES TO TRACK THE INDIVIDUAL SERVICES OUTLINED BELOW.

WHAT HAS CHANGED?

Individual Services - CSC HQ reporting now requires more detailed totals for individual service types, including session and visit counts by contact type associated with each service.

Ethnicity - CSC HQ now supports multi-select input for Race & Ethnicity.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

Individual Services Updates

Beginning January 1 - start (or continue) logging the individual services listed below. Most Network Partners already track some or all of these services separately. Contact Management Service Types have been added or updated where needed to include:
1. Counseling, Short-Term (existing Counseling display values updated)
2. Navigation
3. Patient Assistance Fund
Individual services continue to be tracked via ADAPT mapping Flags in Reference Data Management. New Flags have been added in Contact Management; however mappings cannot be updated until all NPs complete 2025 Q4 reporting.
1. Do not make any changes to your current mappings, as this would affect the Q4 reporting.
2. You will be contacted directly if there are any questions regarding your existing Service Types and mappings.
3. Once Q4 reporting is complete for all Network Partners, Support will update the required mappings on your behalf.
Starting April 1, the Gnosis ADAPT V4 Report will reflect these Service Types as required.

Race & Ethnicity Updates

Continue using the existing Ethnicity attribute.
The existing single select list has been updated for multi-select.
Existing data will be converted to the multi-select format.
Starting April 1, the Gnosis ADAPT V4 Report will reflect Race & Ethnicity totals using multi-select data.

Key Dates at a Glance

JANUARY 1

New Contact Management Service Types available for use.

Existing ADAPT mappings must remain unchanged until Q4 reporting completed.

MID-FEBRUARY

Support will update required ADAPT mappings and notify partners once complete.

APRIL 1

Use the Gnosis ADAPT V4 Report for Q1 reporting.

Individual Service Type counts are reflected as required.

Race & Ethnicity totals reflect multi-select data.

WHAT'SCOMING NEXT?

Once all NPs complete Q4 reporting, (targeting mid February), we will update necessary mappings and notify you once complete.

After April 1, a final update will be shared confirming these changes and the use of the Gnosis ADAPT V4 Report. Updates will also be available in the ADAPT Release Log.
