Gnosis ADAPT V3 - Phase 1 Updates |
Hello , Following the initial update of your system for ADAPT V3 Tracking, please see the following updates and confirmations for program staff. |
Recap of Updates - There is no action to take regarding mappings in your system. As stated in our January email, all your mappings have been updated by us.
-
The Gnosis ADAPT V3 Report will be released in late March. If you wish to report on any of the new Service Type entries prior to that you will need to create a Gnosis query to do so as the Gnosis ADAPT V2 Report will not provide accurate data for periods after 12/31/2021.
-
Any Service Type options that have been hidden are and always will be available for general querying. These options were hidden to create a clearer data entry process for ADAPT V3.
- If you have specific questions regarding the mappings in your system, contact Support@Connect4.net.
|
Tracking of anonymous phone contacts Contrary to the previous email, we have confirmed with CSC HQ that you may continue to track anonymous phone contacts, as the count of individuals served by phone is a cumulative (not unduplicated) count. Note these anonymous phone contacts will be automatically excluded from the full unduplicated count of persons served.
- If you previously had a PID set for this type of tracking, it has been restored.
- If you are interested in starting to track these interactions, see last section within this guidance.

Service Types Definitions See the following definitions for the new list values. *Items have been defined by the CSC Digital Program Manual found on the CSC Community Hub.
If you wish to add a separate Service Type value for Resource Referrals, an admin user may add that value within Reference Data and map the item for ADAPT inclusion or submit a support ticket for assistance. |
Important Reporting Reminders
When running quarterly reports, remember to save those reports in an appropriate and accessible location for your organization. The Gnosis ADAPT Reports are not designed to be run retroactively. Reporting soon after the completed quarter is the only way to obtain accurate system data at that point in time. Reports run retroactively (for earlier quarters) are not likely to match the actual reporting period, as individual record data has likely changed. |
