Gnosis ADAPT V3 - Phase 1

In partnership of CSC Headquarters, we are releasing phase 1 for Gnosis ADAPT V3: The new list values and mappings needed to start tracking the new data points being requested.

WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW?

1. By Monday, January 24 you will find various lists in your system to be updated with the new values.
2. These new values, and any existing values, will also be mapped with the new flags required for the Gnosis ADAPT reports.
3. We will confirm or turn off the temporary setting tracking virtual attendance as in person, as ADAPT V3 is now tracking, in person, virtual and on demand attendance separately.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

1. Review the list additions listed below.
2. Review updated article on Gnosis ADAPT V3 - Data Entry Processes.
3. Review internal and system processes with your team to ensure all necessary services are being tracking correctly and uniformly. 
4. Note the tracking of anonymous support/service calls will no longer be supported in ADAPT V3. A record must be created for each individual that is served and a Contact Management Note added. If desired, you may continue to use an existing shared anonymous record for internal purposes.

There are no new setup or mapping actions for you to perform in your system... A Happy New Year gift from us to you! 

WHAT'S NEXT?

You will use the existing Gnosis ADAPT V2 Reports for 2021 Q4 reporting.

By March 31 we will release the Gnosis ADAPT V3 Report for 2022 Q1 reporting.

Reference Data List Updates

The following list values will be added within Reference Data Management (unless an exact or similar value already exists). If desired, administrative users may change the display names on these new values.

New Contact Management Service Types:

• CSS Initial Screen Completed
• CSS Rescreen Completed
• General Support - ADAPT
• General (non-ADAPT)
• Orientation
• Navigation
• Counseling

The following fields have been hidden from the daily picklist as they will no longer be mapped for inclusion and should no longer be used for entry.

• Individual/Family Session (Onsite and Offsite)
• CSS Screen

New Contact Management Contact Types:

• In Person

• Virtual session
• Email

• Meeting

New Event Category:

• Orientation

Attribute Management List Updates

The following list values will be added within Attribute Management (unless an exact or similar value already exists).  If desired, administrative users may change the display names on these new values.

Insurance Types:

• VA Health Care

Primary and All Cancers Lists:

• N/A - Health Care Professional
